Bird Equals Precious.-- Blog 11

Bird. Well Bird is one of my buddies in the EC class and he always picks hair. Picks hair off his head, face, hands, arms, whatever he can pick. So due to his picking, his hands are super soft. I don't know if this started because other people did it to him first or he wanted them to do it first. He likes his hands to be stroked kinda. The first time I noticed it was when we went bowling and I came over and Bebe was rubbing Birds and from across the table, and I was like "Uhh, what are y'all doing?". Henry went and bowled and I sat down, well Bird put his hand next to mine on the table and just looked at me until I stroked it. It was kinda funny.

So yesterday me and Kate were sitting by him while Lowa was teaching and Bird gets up comes and sit with his back facing me. Then he gets up, drags his chair next to mine. Sits with his back towards me and just sits there. Me and Kate were giggling about what just happened and I was like "I think he wants me to rub his back". I wouldn't have done it anyway, but because she was teaching I was like "Bird, go sit down and pay attention" and he jumped up, pulled his chair over, and sat down. I felt kind of bad, but it would look a little strange if I was rubbing his back.

Today Lowa's lesson was "How Vacuums Work". I don't really understand what the importance of how vacuums work is to these kids, but oh well. So as she was starting her lesson Tired asked Lowa what brand her vacuum was. Lowa was like "Uhhhh I have no idea." Yoosh explained that Amanda has a fetish for vacuums and can pretty much tell you anything you want to know about her vacuums. These strange few seconds got me thinking. Almost all of the kids in the EC class are secretly obsessed with something. Each one is different, but there is always something. So I sat down and wrote down all the ones I could think of.
