Friday, May 13, 2011 (Week Three)

Today was the EC Fishing Trip at the Kure Beach Pier. It was AWESOME!
So they were supposed to leave at like nine, but it was pouring rain so they had to wait until it cleared up. I got to the class at around eight thirty and I was planning on driving myself when they left and then coming back for second period at ten and then going back to KB. Well since the sky was raining cows (not just cats and dogs) they didnt leave until around ten, which is when second period starts. So I helped them to the bus and then went to second period at ten. Since the tournament started late, it ended late. When I was about to leave from second period I called Gma and she said that they were all just hanging out on the beach and that I definitely should come.
I left school and go to the KB Pier soon, I walked down to the beach and found my class. They were all just sitting on the blankets on the beach eating their hot dogs, chips, and drinks. I went around and said "Hi" to everyone, and went and talked to Yoosh and the other EC Buddies. For the next hour or so we all just hung around and ate lunch. Bebe tried to sneak two extra lunch bags and he got away with the second but me and Gma jumped on him when he tried to eat the third one. I was like "Bebe, do you really need three hot dogs?" "Yeah! Im really skinny! See? Im skinny!" Its really funny, because he isnt skinny at all. He probably should be cutting back on the hot dogs rather than eating extra ones.
After that some of the kids had worn bathing suits, so they wanted to go swimming. Mama, and Drool wanted to go swimming so Asya and Stephanie went in with them. Mama was so funny, she would run out to the water, get up to her knees wet, then run back to us laughing.
When all the kids finished swimming all the EC Buddy girls played volleyball with Bebe, Sorry, and Mama. We were just standing in a circle hitting the ball to each other. The boys and Mama would try to hit and it would fly into the ocean or they would miss it and it would go into the ocean and one of us had to go into the water and get it. Finally we backed up and made them stand facing the ocean so they didnt miss it and it wouldnt go into the ocean.
I took Nicole to the bathroom and by the time I got back everyone was sitting around again, so soon we packed all up and went home. By the time we got back, I was already out of school so I went home. Overall I think Tired was the only to catch a fish because of her dad, but we still had a awesome time!
